Getting two new commercial roofs was a big deal for my partnership and there are a lot of details which concerned us. We went with Equinox and were so happy we did-the price was excellent the job was done really well, we had two commercial tenants which required specific scheduling and they were accommodated for, and both roofs look great and, since it has been a few months with rain, we know they are both sturdy. We could not be more satisfied and we have a couple of projects on the horizon with other locations and we will definitely use them. We now have a roofer for any needs at our numerous properties! Our highest recommendation for Ben and Equinox.

A new roof is a major investment. I got a few lower estimates, but Issac’s Equinox presentation was detailed, professional, and impressive. Great warranty. Quality materials. Isaac was an excellent project manager. Everything was up front. No surprises. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly and patiently. There were a few extra costs, but I was always given the option to choose among several alternatives. The eight downspouts were expertly installed. The workers were very careful to avoid damage to my large collection of potted plants. I appreciated the thorough cleanup that included a “magnet broom” that picked up stray nails around the property. I am sure that this roof is going to last a long time and the gutter caps will save me many hours of maintenance. I am also confident that Issac will honor his promise to attend to any unforeseen, subsequent problems. This is five-star customer service. I have no regrets choosing Equinox!

Our home’s original tar and gravel roof needed to be replaced, and we reached out to Equinox because of their reviews and because our neighbor recommended them. Avi, our assigned project manager, was our point person throughout the whole process and was incredibly helpful and patient. We received quotes from Avi for a torch down roof (which looked similar to the TAG roof) and asphalt shingles. While the shingles came with a higher quote, it actually wasn’t too much more than the torch down quote.

The work was set to start roughly 3 weeks after we received the contract, and my wife and I were back & forth on the roofing materials the entire time. Avi was super patient with us throughout that timeframe, and answered any and all questions that we had regarding the work involved for both options. We ultimately landed on asphalt shingles for roughly 90% of our roof and torch down for a flat section a day before their team was set to start. Fortunately for us, Equinox was super flexible in letting us decide on materials right until the last minute.

The work actually started about 10 days earlier than their estimated start date, and I think they finished everything in about half the estimated time! On the first day, they fully removed our old roofing material and hauled that away, applied the underlayment, and started some shingles. On day two, they finished roughly 50% of the work and installed gutters (from their on-site seamless gutter machine) and downspouts. They had to wait for the city inspector to approve their in-progress work was done correctly, but once that happened a few days later, the team completely finished the job by the end of the day. Our new roof looks incredible, and we’re so glad we went with Equinox for the job! Highly recommend them if you’re in need of a new roof.

Equinox Roofing did an excellent job on replacing the shingles on my roof in May 2025. The entire experience was professional and met all of my expectations.

From the initial conversation with Eli I knew Equinox was the type of company that values quality workmanship and doesn't overprice there quotes.

Equinox was not the lowest bid of the 5 companies I interviewed and they won't be when you do your research. There is a GOOD REASON to never take the lowest bid - You'll get what you pay for. I always choose to protect my largest investment by working with companies that provide quality & value.
